7-Phases

Phase I – Realization

Initial Assessment and Evaluation

In this phase we will be building expectations for the program, setting goals, and setting up the framework for success. We will address accountability, integrity, choice, trust, and anger. The client will be motivated to deal directly and honestly with their challenges. This phase is essential for forming new habits.

Phase II – Awakening

This phase is geared toward awakening an understanding of one’s environment. We will explore what drives behavior, the client's as well as others. When we know why a person acts the way they do it is easier to make positive decisions and have better control over actions and emotions.

Phase III – Discovery

This phase centers on critical life experiences and self-limiting beliefs that have contributed to an undesirable circumstance. The intent is for the client to evaluate their choices and the effects those choices have on their life. This requires the risk of releasing an old self-image or belief set. This is where we dig deeper into an understanding of self, including motivations, desires, talents, skills, and passions.

Phase IV – Focus

It’s time to get to work! The client begins to implement and apply the skills being developed. We also look at principles that guide success. Long-term goals are evaluated. Interests and passions are incorporated into a life plan. If desired, career development and job building skills are also addressed during this phase.

Phase V – Integration

In this phase we work on the areas that affect self-worth: People Relations, Ability to Learn, and a Lack of Confidence in Personal Abilities. People need people. On-going success teams are built and networking is developed.  Hands-on learning and overcoming challenges are the focus of this phase.  Positive encouragement is given to ensure success.

Phase VI – Engage

Now the foundation is in place to maximize successful implementation of our client's plan. Think of us, at this point, as a safety net working behind the scenes. In this phase we provide continued support, techniques, and strategies while allowing space for positive growth and confidence.

Phase VII – Follow-Up – 6-Months

Follow-up is a critical part of the success of our program. This important step ensures that our client is well on the way to maintaining ongoing success. Learning opportunities, disguised as challenges, will continue to arise in life. It is essential that we continue to have regular direct contact with our client as they walk the path to achieving their goals.
